This is for the information to all parents that the School Management has complied with the directions of Government of West Bengal, CBSE and HRDM and followed all the 3 counts as under:

1.      We did not enhance any fee this Session 2020-21.

2.      We did not pressurize anyone for payment of school fees.

3.      In case of non payment of fees we have not been charging and we shall not charge any late fine for this Session.

However, if any parent is facing genuine problem, he/she may mail to the Principal/ Vice- Principal with relevant documents. The same may be responded positively and they may be called for individual meeting.

This is to state that the present fee related issue is a pan India situation. Every school is awaiting for further directive from the State Government and HRDM. Whatever directive is passed regarding the collection of fees by the State Government, BIGMHS will be the first amongst all schools to comply with the Government instructions.

NOTICE FOR FEES PAYMENT 2020-21

Dear Parents/Guardians

I would like to take this opportunity to join the members of the school fraternity in wishing you to stay safe and healthy within the premises of your home

on account of unforseen circumstances caused by catastrophe of COVID 19. Owing to the above mentioned human tragedy we are behind  our academic schedule and could not hold classes for the students. It may be the cause of anxiety among the students and their parents. In this connection I would like to assure all the parents of the school that we shall compensate the loss of working days for the session 2020-21 by curtailing the holidays given during summer, Durga Puja, Kali Puja & Winter Vacation.

However, if need be there we are going to consider Saturday too, as working day for the new session 2020-21. Even if it is required, we may also reduce the given syllabus. Regards Principal
